Responsibilities:
* Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
* Perform precise sheet metal welding and fabrication tasks
* Maintain and operate welding equipment safely and efficiently
* Collaborate with team members to achieve project goals
* Ensure the quality and integrity of finished products
* Uphold strict safety standards and practices
* Continuously improve skills and knowledge
