Our Client is a leading manufacturer specializing in Aluminum and Glass. They are dedicated to delivering high-quality aluminum products to their clients, and will be seeking a skilled Aluminum Fabricator with CNC Machine Operator experience to join their team.
Position Overview:
As an Aluminum Fabricator with CNC Machine Operator experience, you will play a crucial role in our production process. You will be responsible for operating CNC machines to fabricate aluminum parts according to specifications, ensuring precision and efficiency in our manufacturing operations. This will be for the commercial sector.
Responsibilities:
* Set up and operate CNC machines to fabricate aluminum components based on engineering drawings and job specifications.
* Monitor machine operations to ensure quality and consistency in the finished products.
* Conduct routine maintenance and troubleshooting on CNC equipment to ensure optimal performance.
* Collaborate with the production team to meet production targets and deadlines.
* Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Requirements:
* Proven experience as an Aluminum Fabricator, with proficiency in CNC machine operation.
* Strong understanding of aluminum fabrication techniques and processes.
* Ability to interpret engineering drawings and blueprints.
* Attention to detail and precision in workmanship.
* Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
* Prior experience in a manufacturing or fabrication setting is preferred.
