Description:
- Parking onsite
- Monday to Friday full time hours
- Fixed term injury cover with the potential of extension
You will be assisting with the day-to-day operations of coordinating and managing jobs by liaising with builders, project managers and contractors to ensure smooth installation of building products.
You will be required to do the following:
- Accurately processing core business administration functions
- Working closely with the site staff
- Schedule jobs for our residential and commercial clients
- Help with quotes when these come through from sales reps
- Running the weekly toolbox meetings
- Ensure staff are on site on time and adhering to correct protocols
Requirements for the position
- Time management with an attention to detail
- Able to interpret plans and drawings
- Worked in the construction industry and understand processes and procedures
- Able to adapt to changes that happens at a minutes notice
- Experience using Outlook, Microsoft office and CRM systems
