We’re looking for a visionary and hands-on leader to take the helm of our IT function, guiding both strategy and operations across all arms of our VIP businesses. You’ll be instrumental in aligning technology with our growth objectives, delivering smart, scalable solutions, and ensuring we stay ahead in a competitive market.
The position:
You’ll lead our entire IT function, overseeing applications, systems, business intelligence, infrastructure, and cloud integrations. Your role will combine day-to-day operational oversight working closely with the groups senior management teams developing long-term strategic planning to ensure our IT systems are future-ready and support business expansion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, inspire, and grow our Information services across multiple businesses.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive IT roadmap aligned with business strategy.
- Optimise infrastructure to ensure high performance and minimal downtime.
- Oversee integration of cloud-based and enterprise systems to drive innovation.
- Proactively manage cybersecurity and IT risk across the group.
- Deliver process automation and system efficiencies that support sales and operations.
- Build and enhance our trade portals.
- Lead development and integration of platforms such as Financial operating systems, IntelliHR, manufacturing, and customer-facing applications.
- Deliver quarterly reporting to executive managers for all our businesses.
- Support the business in leveraging data analytics for actionable insights.
What We’re Looking For

You’ll bring:
- 5+ years’ experience in a senior IT or management role.
- Proven ability to manage and inspire high-performing teams.
- Strong business acumen with a knack for aligning IT solutions to sales and growth targets.
- Deep knowledge of infrastructure, network, and systems management.
- Experience in integrating enterprise and cloud platforms.
- A hands-on approach with exceptional problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
