About the role:
 
We are looking for a positive and enthusiastic individual to join our growing team, where customer satisfaction is our top priority. In this role, you will be responsible for creating the final upholstered surfaces that define the comfort, functionality, and aesthetic appeal of our furniture. You will cover furniture frames with high-quality fabrics, leathers, and other materials, ensuring that each piece reflects our commitment to exceptional craftsmanship.
 
You will collaborate closely with the sewing and frame assembly teams, transforming prepared components into finished furniture products that meet strict design and quality standards. Additionally, the role involves inspecting materials and frames for defects, making precise adjustments as needed, and maintaining tools and workspaces to ensure efficiency and safety.
 
What’s required:

  • Proven experience as an upholsterer, preferably within the furniture industry
  • Demonstrated ability to upholster furniture frames using various materials
  • Strong understanding of all upholstery techniques
  • Ability to read and interpret patterns, layouts, and technical specifications
